Odigo Services LLC consists of 3 services areas: Odigo Construction, Odigo Learn and Odigo Store - all focused on building better communities and providing resources to help level the playing field for small contractors success.

Odigo Construction LLC has extensive experience in executing a wide range of maintenance and construction projects within the public sector. Our portfolio includes successful completion of projects that involve concrete repair and panel replacement, curb and gutter repair, ADA-compliant wheelchair ramps, sidewalk construction, small diameter waterline repairs, debris removal, traffic control, and striping. These projects demonstrate our capability to meet the rigorous demands of public sector work, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.

ABOUT OUR FOUNDER

​

Our founder and CEO, Gillian Levi, has over 20 years of experience managing people, projects, and processes. Born on the Caribbean island of Trinidad & Tobago, Gillian moved to Baytown, Texas, in the 1970s during the oil industry's economic boom. Her father was recruited to work in the oil fields, and her mother broke barriers as one of the area's first female welders - in addition to owning her own beauty salon. Inspired by her parent's dedication and resilience, Gillian has always had a passion for helping others move from where they are, to where they want to be.

Gillian's career has been a testament to the transformative power of education, hard work and dedication. She was the first in her family to graduate from a four-year university, earning a degree from Texas A&M University and later a master’s degree. Her professional journey includes teaching middle school science in underserved communities, holding various leadership positions in vocational schools, serving as a corporate director for curriculum and instruction for one of the largest for-profit vocational schools in the country and as a project management software trainer for state department of transportation employees. She even supported educational initiatives in the United Arab Emirates. Now, as the owner of Odigo Services, she brings her extensive experience and dedication to excellence to managing construction projects, supporting small business owners and pursing project that help "build better communities".  ​​
